Context

Okeechobee is a multi-genre festival that has drawn between 20,000 and 30,000 music and art fans to camp among the pine trees and meadows of Sunshine Grove, Florida.

Freshly independent after a two-year hiatus, I rebuilt the festival’s marketing infrastructure from scratch — relaunching the brand and reclaiming its place among America’s top immersive camping festivals.

Campaign impact

In its first year back I delivered a new brand identity and website, and built a marketing team that acquired more ticket-page users than any previous campaign — contributing to roughly 20,000 in attendance, and a promising comeback.
