Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how A RARE PLEASURE LLC (“A Rare Pleasure,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information through https://www.ararepleasure.com and its related inquiry form.
This policy concerns information collected through this website. Additional records created during a client engagement may be governed by the applicable agreement and retained as required for contractual, accounting, tax, legal, or business purposes.
01 // Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a conversation through the website, we collect:
- Your full name
- Your work email address
- Your company, if provided
- The primary business challenge you select
- The approximate annual-revenue range you select
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, health information, biometric information, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form. We do not intentionally request such information through this website.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, we or our service providers may process limited technical information, including:
- Referring page
- Landing-page path
- UTM campaign parameters
- Browser and device information
- IP address and other information ordinarily processed when a device connects to a website
- Cookie and consent information
- Website usage and analytics information, if you consent to statistics cookies
The website also stores a first-party browser value called arp:last-hero. It remembers the most recently displayed homepage image to reduce immediate repetition. It is stored only in your browser and is not included with your inquiry submission.
02 // How we use information
We use information collected through the website to:
- Review and respond to requests for a conversation
- Understand the context of a prospective engagement
- Communicate with the person who submitted the request
- Understand how visitors arrived at the website
- Measure and improve website performance, where analytics consent has been provided
- Maintain the security, reliability, and operation of the website
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect our rights
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use inquiry information for promotional email marketing unless you separately agree to receive it.
How a request reaches us
A submitted request is delivered as a single email to a monitored A Rare Pleasure inbox and is read by Alexander Behnke. The website does not keep the submission in a database of its own, and the request is not forwarded to a customer-relationship or lead-management system. The confirmation screen shows a reference code that also appears on that email, so you can cite it if you follow up.
The email address you provide is set as the reply address on that message, which means a reply goes directly to you. Submitting the form does not trigger an automated confirmation email to you.
03 // Analytics, cookies, and browser storage
We use Cookiebot, provided by Usercentrics, to collect and manage cookie preferences.
Google Analytics 4 is used to understand general website activity only after a visitor permits statistics cookies. Google Analytics may process information such as a pseudonymous browser identifier, page activity, general device information, and approximate location derived from an IP address. We do not send your name, email address, company, selected business challenge, or selected revenue range to Google Analytics.
Necessary cookies and storage may operate without consent where permitted by applicable law. Non-essential analytics technologies are activated only according to the preferences provided through Cookiebot.
You can review the current cookies and technologies used on the website on our Cookie Declaration page. You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time by selecting Cookie Settings in the website footer.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not currently use advertising or remarketing pixels on this website, and we do not provide inquiry information to third parties for their independent email-marketing purposes.
05 // Data retention
We retain inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you unless:
- A client relationship is established
- A longer period is required by law
